Would you know if your mortgage, secured loan, motor finance or credit card agreement was flawed, invalid or unenforceable?
The answer is 'probably not'. However, if a past, or present, product was found to be so then you may be entitled to make a claim.
How can I help you?
I'm Peter Ellis, a representative of Cartel Client Review, and I would like to take the opportunity to talk you through the Cartel Client Review service and, if possible, help you make a claim.
Who are Cartel Client Review?
Some mortgage, secured loan, and car finance contracts may be invalid, unenforceable or fundamentally flawed. This means that you may be entitled to financial redress and compensation even if you were unaware of these flaws. Cartel Client Review has been set up to provide you access to this.
How do I find out if I am entitled to compensation?

The 1st stage of the process can be conducted via the telephone or I can personally visit you at a date, time and location that is suitable for you. Depending on the number of potential claims, it will take up to an hour to collect details about your financial contracts to date.
Once we have underwriting decisions for each product, it is up to you which products you wish to progress. All discussions up to this point are completely without obligation. Put simply, you decide which products you wish to progress with (subject to successful underwriting).
Through Cartel Client Review, I can help you pursue claims against flaws, issues and problems with a variety of different financial products. In some circumstances a debt may even be found to be unenforceable and the entire balance could be written off.
- Claim against current or previously redeemed mortgage, secured loan or motor finance contracts (see process)
- Claim to write off current balances of credit cards (see credit cards) and personal loans
- Claim to prevent or re-wind repossessions
